that not only do we have an A+ rating, but we have not had ANY complaints
in the past three years. Three years is the largest window of time the Better
Business Bureau recognizes. In actuality, we have NEVER had a complaint. Not
even one! We are very proud of this rating and want to share our successes with
our customers. One of the things we hear from our customers is how the world has
gotten away from customer service. Everything is computer generated and
